Your deposit reserves your requested date and time, preventing that time slot from being booked by another client. The deposit is not an additional fee. It will be credited toward your total booking cost, with the remaining balance due before your session or event begins. If you cancel your booking or fail to attend your scheduled event, the deposit will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This policy helps protect Gorda Visuals, as reserving a date for one client may require declining other booking requests.

Yes. A signed Photography Services Agreement is required before your session or event begins. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your booking, including payment, cancellations, liability, image usage, and other important policies to ensure both you and Gorda Visuals have a clear understanding of the services being provided.

Yes! Gorda Visuals is based in Kent County, Delaware, but I proudly travel throughout Delaware for photography sessions and events.

Please note: If your session or event is located outside of Kent County, a travel fee may apply depending on the distance and travel time. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed during the booking process before your reservation is confirmed.

Most of my bookings take place within Delaware. However, I may consider traveling outside the state depending on the details of your booking, including the location, date, coverage time, and availability.

Please note: If your booking is accepted outside of Delaware, an additional travel fee may apply to cover travel expenses, mileage, and travel time. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed during the booking process before your reservation is confirmed.

I do my best to photograph everyone and capture a variety of moments throughout your session or event. While I cannot guarantee that every player, participant, or guest will appear in every gallery, I make every effort to include as many individuals and memorable moments as possible.

Please note: The number of photos, variety of coverage, and overall gallery content will depend on your selected package, the length of coverage, the size of your event, and any specific requests you provide. If there are particular people, moments, or activities you'd like me to prioritize, please let me know during the booking process or before your session or event begins.

Yes! If you purchase a package that includes full team photos, I will photograph your entire team to ensure everyone is included in the group images.

Please note: For exceptionally large teams, a small additional fee may apply to cover the extra time, planning, and equipment needed to create high-quality wide-angle team photos. Any applicable fees will be discussed with you during the booking process before your reservation is confirmed.

I keep my prices affordable because I believe everyone deserves high-quality photography and lasting memories without spending a fortune. I price my services based on what I would consider fair if I were the client, while still delivering professional photography, high-quality editing, and exceptional service.

Once all of your photos have been carefully reviewed and edited, you'll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your high-quality images.

Most galleries are delivered within one week of your session or event. Turnaround time may vary depending on your selected package, the size of your gallery, my current workload, and my schedule.

Please note: If you purchase the Priority Editing Add-On, your gallery will be moved to the front of my editing queue for faster delivery. Estimated delivery times will be discussed during the booking process if applicable.
